It is my ebay account but we used my sister Alyssa's credit card. My sisters credit card is the one that we used in pay pal, does that mean the difference will be refunded onto that card. If so that would be great. Also is there a warranty with these items that we have purchased.

brad,

your email just made me laugh out loud with the awesomeosity(tm). i
agree with a great deal of what you have stated, and i truly do hope to
transact with your company again should i need any more musical
equipment. it has taken a long time for me to find someone i feel
comfortable buying stuff from, and you have certainly made me feel like
a person as opposed to a number. i hope to be able to drop into the
shop itself during my next trip to victoria (i've got family in
castlemaine and friends in east melbourne) and see what i can take away
in person!

i fully understand your issue with the corporations, i currently work
for one of them (shame on me, but it pays the bills!), but i hope that
more people like yourself are successful so that folk like me can come
along and get "honest to goodness" customer service (CS). the best CS
i've ever received has been from independant companies who actually care
about their product.

and if your CS staff are just as laid back and hilarious as yourself, i
look forward to my first face to face interraction!

I have used my fair share of delay pedals on the road, and nothing compares to the Crossfire Delay pedal, Its better than the tings that cost me over $200
The quality of these things are so superior. I will definitely be adding more to my pedal board!!
